Books that will inspire and motivate YOU!
My all time favorite book! This book literally tells you how to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life! It will truly help you realize the badass in you!
This is the second book I read after A New Earth. I recommend you read this first. The Power of Now is truly remarkable and will help you see the value of living present when your mind tells you that there is so much chaos in your life.
This is the first book I read through the start of my health journey and in search of "who I am". Figuring out what my purpose in life was. Low and behold, I had nothing to search for...it was staring right at me the whole time!
A beautiful work of poems made for HER, written by a MAN. Say what?!! Yes it's true! If you are a woman feeling just a tad lost in love or need a little inspiration, HER will certainly inspire you!
After reading the books of Eckhart Tolle, he often quoted a few other experts in the field and once your read Tolle's books you will understand why he quoted Thich Nhat Hanh, who is one of the greatest renowned Buddhist Monks. In this very simple read, Thich Nhat Hanh truly gives you what you need to embrace the practice of mindfulness and mediation.
I absolutely love this book and several of Mitch Albom's books such as Tuesday's with Morrie and The Five People You Meet in Heaven. But this one is truly inspiring about faith and religion and the importance of coexistence and embracing each other regardless of our differences. This is based on a True Story and will move you to tears!
This is another great book about the important of living present through the four agreements that "reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering". After you read this book, then you must read The Fifth Agreement.
Books that will encourage you to be at your best as a leader!
I'm still reading this book but I love it so far. This was gifted to me by a friend and I'm grateful that she did. This pretty much sums up the importance of being that servant and inspirational leader.
Read my blog article called, Why I was nicknamed, Moneyball? This book is all about baseball but most importantly about how General Manager, Billy Beane, changed the status quo and found the secret of success in baseball. He is truly a visionary and an exceptional leader.
