Hello, I am Helen. Welcome to Inspiration By Helen and IBH Consulting!
Inspiration By Helen began in 2016 with an initial focus to share my personal experiences living with fibromyalgia, while taking charge of my health to live a healthy lifestyle in mind, body, and spirit.
However, since 2016, a lot has changed. I decided to use the Inspiration By Helen platform to start my own consulting business, called
IBH Consulting. I also work in partnership and as a member of ATS Consulting, a team of skilled professionals to help nonprofits. See Services page for more info.
Although Inspiration By Helen will always encompass my health journey, I have also incorporated my 20+ years of professional experience and expertise in non-profit program management, development, implementation, leadership, trainings, networking, and collaboration to branch out as a consultant.
While IBH Consulting is focused on my professional background, Inspiration By Helen is still focused on my personal story living with fibromyalgia but now sharing my healing journey from the effects of childhood trauma with my NEW Book Journey of Reflection now available on AMAZON!
In education, I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Public Health with a specialization in Social & Behavioral Sciences. Please take a moment to navigate my website, and visit the About and Services pages to learn more about me and how I can help you.
